Two sides clash in this movie Charles Xavier's X-Men and Magneto's Brotherhood. Magneto grows up in the concentration camps during World War II he believes humans will do the same to mutants.

John St. Allerdyce alias Pyro. A native Australian. John began his career as a writer however when he became aware of his mutant powers he set out on a life of crime. John was recruited in to Mystique's Brotherhood. John years later contracted the Legacy Virus he died saving the life of Senator Robert Kelley.
Anna Marie alias Rogue. When Anna's mutant abilities first manifested she ran away from home. She met Mystique who adopted Anna and Anna became a member of Mystique's Brotherhood. Still unable to control her powers Anna sought out the X-Men. Xavier convinced the X-Men to give Anna a chance.
Victor Creed alias Sabretooth he was part of the Weapon-X program like Wolverine. Creed killed Wolverine's girlfriend also a member of the Weapon-X program named Silver Fox.
